"If you can count the number of projects you have going , you need to begin another, so you have a varied range of complexity from the very simple 'mind-less' ones to those that demand undivided attention." (Laura Early).

Still here.

Thank you for your comments on my last few posts. I apologise if I haven't replied , some of you are still no-reply bloggers which doesn't help , but also , I've tried to cut down my time on the computer.
All this sorting and shifting and scrubbing is cutting into my stitching time , which I don't like at all , lol, so the on-line time had to give a bit to make up for it.
I'm happy to report that the boy is much better , though he did have to have another couple of days off school. The only problem now is that his ears are still blocked so lots of repeating myself going on .
I have done some more stitching , so on with the show.

A couple of any child squares for Love Quilts.

Snuck in one of my Daughters' squares.
 Another any child square.
 And a named square .
Got four more sign-ups to do , so hoping to get cracking on one of those today , already emptied the bins and done the pots . It's another grey and wet day , so not much else to do.
Thanks for dropping by ,

Charity quilts

A while ago , I asked if anyone liked Barney as I had some fabric and stitched squares that were originally intended to make cushions for my daughter , but she was no longer interested.
A reader suggested sending them to World of Charity Stitching , so I did . The organisers managed to get a few more squares and have made them into a quilt , so I thought I'd show the end product. What a lovely quilt to make someone smile .
Also, Jane at Stitch for Pleasure ,Stitch for Charity has recently completed some quilts that have squares on that I stitched two or three years ago , so more pics.

Some fantastic work in these quilts. I do enjoy doing the charity squares. All those lovely charts that you'd like to stitch , but wouldn't know what to do with them afterwards.
There are a lot of groups out there that do amazing things with stitched pieces ,so if you are thinking about it , I would like to urge you to go ahead .
 Thanks for reading ,
 Cath
