"If you can count the number of projects you have going , you need to begin another, so you have a varied range of complexity from the very simple 'mind-less' ones to those that demand undivided attention." (Laura Early).

Bits and bobs.

I still haven't got round to "finishing" the small bits I've been working on , so I thought I'd show you some that I did a while ago.

I really like Lizzie Kate designs ,and these charts are freebies , so even better ! I wanted to stitch some small bits and pieces that I could make up into something other than pictures and cards , and these fit the bill perfectly. Only two of them had homes to go to when I made them , but now they have all been sent out apart from "Bloom" . they were sent to special friends who needed a bit of a boost.

The finishing isn't great ,especially as they were hand sewn (I plan to do the next ones on the machine) , but all have been well received. I loved stitching them , and making them up , and loved sending them out even more.

I'm now at a bit of a loose end. I've finished stitching all the smalls I wanted to , but not feeling up to doing my biggie yet. Hopefully after the weekend things will settle down again.

Thanks for dropping by, and thanks for your comments, Cath X
